Mt. Meeker View Cabin Pricing
The Owners use this property often and will retire there in the future. We hope that
you treat our belongings with care and have a very memorable experience
Peak Season (Memorial Day Weekend - September 30 + Holiday)
- Weekly rate (7 nights): $1350/week for up to 8 people +$75 cleaning fee
- 6 nights: $1275 for up to 8 people +$75 cleaning fee
- 4-5 nights: $220/night +$75 cleaning for up to 8 people
- 2-3 nights: $260 night + $75 cleaning fee - up to 8 people
- Additional $20/person per night ( up to 10 people maximum)
- Check-in at 4:00PM
- Check-out at 10:00AM
Off Season:
- Weekly rate (7 Nights): ($1150/week) for up to 8 people + $75 cleaning fee
- 6 nights: $1075 for up to 8 people + $75 cleaning fee
- 4-5 nights: $190/night +$75 cleaning for up to 8 people
- 2-3 nights: $230/night + $75 cleaning fee - up to 8 people
- Additional $20/person per night ( up to 10 people maximum)
- Check-in at 4:00PM
- Check-out at 10:00AM
Deposit
- 50% deposit required to reserve cabin
- $500 refundable damage deposit required - Will be refunded if there are no damages.
If excessive
cleaning is required (ie. abnormal amount of linens/towels used) some of the
damage deposit may be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30+ days prior to reservation: Refund of deposit minus 10% of rental fee
- Cancellations 15+ days prior to reservation: Refund of 50% of deposit
- Cancellations less than 15 days prior to reservation: No refund
