Meeker Peek Pricing
Peak Season: (Memorial Day Weekend - September 30 + Holidays)
- Weekly rate: $1250/week for up to 6 people (no cleaning fee required)
- 6 nights: $1175 for up to 6 people
- 4-5 nights: $200/night +$50 cleaning for up to 6 people
- 2-3 nights: $250/night + $75 cleaning fee - up to 6 people
- Check-in at 4:00PM
- Check-out at 10:00AM
- Additional $10/person per night ( up to 8 people maximum)
Off Season:
- Weekly rate: ($1050/week) for up to 6 people (no cleaning fee required)
- 6 nights: $975 for up to 6 people
- 4-5 nights: $170/night +$50 cleaning for up to 6 people
- 2-3 nights: $210/night + $75 cleaning fee - up to 6 people
- Check-in at 4:00PM
- Check-out at 10:00AM
- Additional $10/person per night ( up to 8 people maximum)
Deposit
- 30% deposit required to reserve cabin
- $300 refundable damage deposit required
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30+ days prior to reservation: Refund of deposit minus 10% of rental fee
- Cancellations 15+ days prior to reservation: Refund of 50% of deposit
- Cancellations less than 15 days prior to reservation: No refund
