Granny's House Pricing

Peak Season: (May 27 - September 30 + Holidays)
      - Weekly rate: $800/week up to 5 people
      - Nightly rate(minimum 3 nights): $120/night
      - Check-in at 4:00PM
      - Check-out at 11:00AM
Off Season:
      - Weekly rate: $650/week up to 5 people
      - Daily rate (minimum 3 nights): $95/night
      - Check-in at 4:00PM
      - Check-out at 11:00AM
 
Deposit
      - 30% deposit required to reserve cabin
      - $100 refundable damage deposit required  
Cancellation Policy
      - 30+ days notice: deposit minus 10% of the rental rate
      - 15-29 days notice: 50% refund
      - less than 15 days notice: no refund
