Granny's House Pricing

      ALL RATES ARE FOR 1 to 5 PEOPLE (MAX).
      - Weekly rate: $865/week
      - 5 or 6 nights: $130/night plus a $50 cleaning fee
      - 3 or 4 nights:(minimum 3 nights): $130/night plus a $75 cleaning fee
      - Check-in at 4:00PM
      - Check-out at 11:00AM  
Deposit
      - 30% deposit required to reserve cabin
      - $100 refundable damage deposit required  
Cancellation Policy
      - 30+ days notice: deposit minus 10% of the rental rate
      - 15-29 days notice: 50% refund
      - less than 15 days notice: no refund
