Open only from: Memorial Day Weekend - September 30
(minimum weekly rentals)

Rates (2 occupants*):

Weekly rate: $600
Bi-Weekly rate: $1,000
Monthly rate: $1,800

* An additional $10/night for each person over 2 with a maximum of 4
** All occupants must be 12 years or older accompanied by at least one adult

****Check in time is 4:00 p.m. - Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

Deposits

30% deposit required to reserve cabin
$100 refundable damage deposit required

Cancellation Policy

60 days or more notice: full refund of deposit minus 10% of the rental amount

30 -59 days notice: 50% refund of deposit

Less than 30 days notice: If we re-book your dates we will refund 50% of your deposit
