Riverside Chalet Pricing
Peak Season: (May 27 - September 30 + Holiday weeks)
FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM - SIX PERSON MAXIMUM NO EXCEPTIONS
- WEEKLY (7 nights) $750 + $75 cleaning fee
- 4 to 6 nights $120/night + $75 cleaning fee
- Check-in at 4:00PM
- Check-out at 11:00AM
ONE LARGE OR TWO SMALL DOGS ALLOWED (at owner's discretion) BUT INCREASE CLEANING FEE TO $100
Off Season: (October 1 - May 26 EXCLUDING Holiday Weeks)
THREE NIGHT MINIMUM - SIX PERSON MAXIMUM NO EXCEPTIONS
- WEEKLY (7 nights) $600 + $75 cleaning fee
- 5 or 6 nights $90/night + $75 cleaning fee
- 3 or 4 nights $100/night + $75 cleaning fee
- Check-in at 4:00PM
- Check-out at 11:00AM

Deposit
- 50% deposit required to reserve cabin
- Remainder of rental plus damage deposit (see below) due 14 days prior to arrival
- For reservations made less than 2 weeks in advance, full amount of rental plus damage deposit required immediately
- $200 refundable damage deposit required or $300 if bringing pet(s)
- After check out and cabin is cleaned and inventoried your damage deposit will be refunded via check by the owners.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30+ days prior to reservation: Refund of deposit minus 10% of rental fee
- Cancellations 15-29 days prior to reservation: Refund of 50% of deposit
- Cancellations 14 days or less prior to reservation: No refund
